2/16 - Winter Sunsets: Have you ever noticed how vibrant winter sunsets are? We'll explore some fun watercolor techniques to translate the brilliance of a Northern Arizona winter sunset.

3/2 - Antlers: All the elk and deer in Northern Arizona begin to shed their antlers in early spring. This time of year, if you keep your gaze focused, you might just find one. In this class we will focus on the unique shapes and textures of each antler using sheds I have found over the years.

3/16 - Feathers: It always feels like a little gift when you happen upon a stray feather in the forest. In this class we will learn sketching and watercolor techniques to translate the texture and color of feathers you commonly find in Northern Arizona.

3/30 - Snow Bells: The first emergence of new life in Spring holds the promise of longer, warmer days to come. Snow Bells are the first flower to poke through the snow; in this class we'll capture their joyful nature in our journals.

4/13 - Emerging Buds: Every day in early Spring brings new growth and life. In this class we will focus on the detail of a single bud and document its progression from bud to leaf.

4/27 - Butterflies: It's hard not to smile when a butterfly flutters by or lands on a flower next to you. In this class we'll focus on their unique wing patterns and colors.

5/11 - Irises: Wild Irises are some of the first flowers to bloom in the forest and are a sure sign of the beauty to come. In this class we will tackle the difficult shapes of Irises by carefully observing their unique nature and approaching the drawing step by step.
