Messages of Love

Last week I was too consumed with things in my head, so I went on a walk in Sedona, that usually brings me back to earth. It was unseasonably warm and the sun felt restorative on my skin. My mood began to lift as I followed the trail. Then, like a little wave, or a hint of reassurance, this little prickly pear sent me a message of love.

As Valentine's Day approaches, start to tune your senses to these messages of love, they are all around.

What are Little Moments you say? This is a once weekly newsletter that I hope is a small nudge or ounce of motivation for you to get outside and observe the natural world. It doesn't have to be grandiose, a small leaf on the ground, an interesting rock, anything you notice that you pay enough attention to casually sketch it or paint it in a journal. All the Little Moments add up to a life lived more observantly, grounded in the natural world.
